It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David W. DeMuth (Westerville, Ohio), born in Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on June 19, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Sonja DeMuth; his parents, Dr. Forder DeMuth and Gwendolyn DeMuth (Miller); and his siblings, Gary, Sally and Susie.

He is survived by: his daughter Melloni DeMuth; his grandchildren, Tara Zink and Coleson Carmell (Grace); his children, Marci DeMuth, Jeffrey, David, Jacob DeMuth and Michael DeMuth (Laurel); and his sister Sara Beth Eck.

In lieu of flowers, guests may donate to Corso Care Hospice or Cat Welfare of Columbus.
