He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Don and Loris Gilbert. He is survived by: his daughters, Ava Nicole (Alex) and Mia; his parents, Cindy and Tim; his brother Tyler; and his grandmother Shirley Mackin. He is also survived by in-laws, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
