He was predeceased by: his father Jlm Mougey; and his stepfather Robert Ceglarski of Port Clinton. He is survived by: his mother Sandy Ceglarski of Port Clinton; and his siblings, Kerin Hall of Sandusky and Mark Mougey (Mark Spradlin) of Norwalk. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Rutherford-Corbin Funeral Home (515 High St, Worthington, OH 43085). Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
