She was predeceased by: her significant other Ceylon "Cy" Schmidt (Heaven); her sons, Thomas, Edwin and Scott; her brothers, Alvin Graski and Lawarence Walteriatis; and her granddaughter Baby.

She is survived by: her children, Susan, Wayne, James (Andree), Patricia Rabaduex (Damon), Harriet Bailey (Frank) and Jennifer Schmidt (Brett Hatfield); her daughter-in-law Kitty (Scott); her grandchildren, Amy Kerri (Tim), Heather (Chuck), Amber (Mike), Joshua, Carla (Jerry), Chistina (LJ), Thomas (Jenna), Scott Jr. (Alisha), Victorea, Vallery, James II (Candice), Kaelan (Andy), Jamie (Sean), Jacob (Krystina), Melinda (Tristan) and Damon III; her great grandchildren, Alexander, Keisha, Anthony, Haley, Alexis, Timmy, Titan, Daniel, Blake, Wesley, Tristan, Keller, Conner, Ashtyn, Mathew, Morgan, Scott III, Christopher, Nickolas, Grace, James III and Lily; and her great great grandchild Delaney.

Evelyn was a Cancer Survivor, and family asks that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
