He was predeceased by: his parents, June Horlocker and Wendal Horlocker; and his sister Ginny. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Horlocker; his children, Julie Waaland (Kim), Jackie Kaser (Jim) and Wendal Horlocker (Susie); his grandchildren, Kelen Waaland (Sam), Kortney Cleveland (JR), Kasey Waaland (Nicole), Karley Kaser, Kristi Scheffler (Mike), Jackson Horlocker (Carmen) and Olivia Horlocker; his great-grands, Kaden Scheffler, Kutler, Tatum Cleveland, Aven Porrini, Macy, Maren, Dax Waaland, Kruze and Kwynne Waaland; his sisters, Charlene and Wanda; his brother-in-law Larry Dixon (Kathy); and his close friend Dave Bumgarner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Moreland Funeral Home (55 E Schrock Rd, Westerville, OH 43081).
