He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander O'Donnell and Helen O'Donnell; his wife Carol; his son Keith; and his siblings, Margaret, Larry and Mike.
He is survived by: his children, Kelly O'Donnell, Kathy Mockler, Kevin O'Donnell (Lisa) and Kris O'Donnell; his grandchildren, Meghan, Kelsey, Mallory, Erin and Evan; and his siblings, Helen, Terry and Jim. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In place of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Telephone Pioneers of America in Jerry's honor.
