He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Falk and Billie Falk; and his sister Karen Maienza. He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Leuzinger); his children, Jennifer Haugh and John Jr. (Jennifer); his grandsons, Aaron Haugh, Dakota Falk, Andrew Haugh, Aiden Haugh and Caleb Falk; and his siblings, Alan Falk, Sally Falk and Bill Falk (Janet).
