With solemn reverence, we commemorate John William Formiller of Westerville, Ohio, born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, whose life came to an end on October 11, 2025 at the age of 79, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Formiller and Virginia Formiller (Sipple); and his grandparents, William, Anna Sipple (Steinfort), John and Anna Formiller (Gregor).

He is survived by: his wife Sandra Formiller of Women's Club Home; his sister Marianne Ivey (Tom); his nephew Bert Ivey (Meilyn); his niece Brooke Ivey Schmelzle (Brian); his great-nephews, Thomas Ivey, Benjamin Schmelzle, Cameron Schmelzle and Andrew Schmelzle; and his great-niece Claire Ivey. He is also survived by sisters in law and their families were his family.
