He was predeceased by: his parents, Alan Behling and Hilma Behling (Schwartz); his former wife Esther Brooks Behling; and his son-in-law Patrick Kruger. He is survived by: his wife Judie Behling; his children, Patrick Behling (Cindy) of Lincolnville, Maine and Shawn Behling Kruger of Farmer's Branch, Texas; and his grandsons, Chris Behling of Wellsley, Massachusetts, Nick Behling of Walnut Creek and Michael Kruger of Winchester, Virginia..
