He was predeceased by: his parents, Opal Smith and Felix Smith; his siblings, Catherine Buchanan, Betty Thornton and Frank Smith; and his daughter Valencia.
He is survived by: his wife Cecelia; his children, Sandie Crawford (Alfred), Raymond Finley Smith and Roland McKinley Smith; his grandchildren, Lauren Eley (Laran), Alfred Earl Crawford II, Meghan Hartwig (Ben), Moriah Steele (Austin) and Marissa Davis; and his great grandchildren, Kayleigh Renee, Elijah Cade, Ryleigh Lyric, Glynn Gracen and Clark Shepherd.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vineyard Church (6000 Cooper Rd, Westerville, OH 43081). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Kingwood Cemetery (8230 Columbus Pike, Lewis Center, OH 43035).
