He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Fogle and Helen Fogle; his siblings, Sharon Hoy and Garry Fogle; and his former wife LeaAnne Fogle.

He is survived by: his children, Bryan, Dee Fogle, Anita Heatherly, Tracey and Joe Vamos; his grandchildren, Audrey, Ross Kistner, Katlyn, Devin Heath, Amber, James Smith, Brian, Gabriella Vamos and Benjamin Vamos; and his great grandchildren, Vance Kistner, Weston Heath, Leonna Heath, Hudson Kistner and Asher Smith.

In Lew's memory, contributions can be made to St Jude's or The Arthur G James Cancer Hospital.
