He was predeceased by: his parents, June Ruegsegger and Loyal Ruegsegger Jr. of Waverly, OH; his sister Carol Verdugo of Moreno Valley, CA; and his niece Jacqueline Rodriguez (Toni Collins) of Hemet, CA.. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ruegsegger; and his children, Nicholas Ruegsegger of Columbus, OH, Daniel Ruegsegger of Westerville, OH and Kathryn Ruegsegger.
