She is survived by: her children, Jo Anna Hay (Larry Dean), Pamela Sue Wohlert and Steven Arthur Wohlert; her grandchildren, Amber Dawn Blair and Allison Martha Jordan (Connor); and her great grandchildren, Addison Evelyn and Bianca Jade Blair.
