She was predeceased by: her parents, John Azelvandre and Vina Azelvandre; her husband John Melvin; and her daughter Kathleen Marie. She is survived by: her siblings, Clare Glenn and Don Azelvandre; and her children, Eileen Hines, Dianne Kline, John P. Melvin, Catherine Warner, Michael Melvin and Richard Melvin. She is also survived by Her family grew to include 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
