He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard O'dell and Joan Marie McClary Farley; and his sisters, Linda Ludwig and Sue Seymour. He is survived by: his wife Pam Farley; his children, Shawn Farley (Lisa), Alissa Cody (Brian), Michelle Brewer (Michael) and Amanda Farley; his grandchildren, Katelyn Murphy (Austin), Brian Cantwell, Alisson Cody, Joe Cody, Brianna Garrison (Artie), Caleb Brewer, Colten Cody, James Farley and Courtney Farley; and his sisters, Becky Redmond and Lisa Marsell.

Contributions in memory of Michael may be made to the Westerville Christian Church and Neru-Endocrine cancer research.
