He is survived by: his wife Linda Nelson; his daughters, Michelle L. Nelson and Katherine Piper; his brother Warren Nelson; his brother-in-law David Martin; his granddaughters, Christine Weber, Trinity Piper, Annette Weber and Ellie Weber; Melissa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, relatives and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Snyder Funeral Homes, DeVore Chapel (637 State Rte 61, Sunbury, OH 43074, USA). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions in Michael's name be made to the Nationwide Children's Hospital, 700 Childrens Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43205.
