He was predeceased by: his parents, George Pelok and June Pelok; and his brothers, David and Larry Pelok. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Pelok; and his children, Anne Sells (Brian), Philip Pelok Jr. (Bryn), Suzy Pelok, Troy Hamilton and Chad Hamilton (Jessica).
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations be made in Phil's name to the church.
