She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Scott Poling (Lisa) and Tracey Spring (Phil); her grandchildren, Erin Spalla (Andrew), Zach Poling (Brittany) and Kayty Schooley (Colten); her great grandchildren, Hadley Spalla, Brady Schooley and Baker Schooley; and her siblings, Ronald Beavers (Tina), Mary Lou Travis, Bernice Same (Robert), Katherine Whiteman (Tim) and Evelyn (Dave).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
