She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Matusik and Katherine Matusik (Mikolajczyk); her husband Paul J. Perhay; and her siblings, Frank, John, Edward, Albert, Joseph Matusik, Helen Lucci and Violet Lafferty.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Renee T. Tomlinson (Mike) of Blaine and Paulette Uhrick (John) of Westerville; and her great grandchildren, Johnathan Farnario (Brooke), Dez Farnario (Bill Wallace), Sherri Dudley (Joshua), Trisha Thomas (Joseph), Misty Buckley (Shon) and Dawn Uhrick.
