He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Brubaker McCown; his children, Terri Hogsten (David) of Virginia Beach, VA, Mark McCown (Anke) of Ironton and Benjamin McCown (Angelique) of Westerville; his grandchildren, Brandon, Connor (Hannah), Hunter Hogsten of Austin, TX, Mia Hogsten of Richmond, VA, Annika, Marlena, W. Finn McCown of Ironton, Malcolm, Maia, Ronan and Madeleine McCown of Westerville; and his cousins, Steve and Carol Wierenga of Ironton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
