He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph and Wilma Margret; his wife Doris; his stepdaughter Nicol Zimmerman; and his grandson Joseph Thomas O'Brien.
He is survived by: his stepson Gregory Zimmerman (Linda); and his siblings, Jerry OBrien (Pam), Mike OBrien and Patty Werner (Russ). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
