He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Skipper (Joe) and Kate Skipper; and his brother Colin Skipper. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Skipper (Antonio); his daughters, Jennifer Toth (Michael) and Elizabeth Skipper (Kenneth Rega); and his grandchildren, Paxson and Presley Toth. He is also survived by many brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
