He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Packard; and his parents, Ray G. Packard and Jean Packard. He is survived by: his children, Andrea Gyurko (Jeff) and Ryan Packard; his grandchildren, Zachary and Taylor Gyurko; his brother Ray Packard (Mary); his siblings-in-law, David Scott (Carolyn), Bill Scott (Sandy), Tim Scott (Diane) and Connie Applegate (Darrell); his mother-in-law Maxine Scott; his close friend Tona Craig; his brother Mark Packard; his father-in-law Forest Scott; Sophia. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
