He was predeceased by: his mother Felicitas Zubizarreta; and his brother Pedro Pablo Zubizarreta. He is survived by: his father Daniel Zubizarreta; his wife Judith; his children, Rosalma, Alfonso (Denia) and Gabriel (Hannah); his grandchildren, Daniel (Tamyres), Dougie, Timothy (Camarie), Samantha (Taylor), Victoria (William), Nicholas, Camille (Mark), Jessica and Collette; his stepgrandson Marius (Andrea); his great grandchild Ziana; and his son Miguel Zubizarreta (Denise).
