He is survived by: his wife Valerie; his daughters, Sarah Metzger (Edward), Laura DeCurtis (Dylan Browning), Olivia Endredi (Micheal), Rachel Winrod (Curtis), Michelle Thomas and Tricia Singh; his grandchildren, Lillian, John, Andrew, Emily, Daniella, James and Sophie; his sister Nancy McCrystal (Terry); and his son Bryan McCrystal (Crystle).
The family suggests memorial contributions to American Heart Association, American SIDS Institute or Lake County Humane Society.
