Edward J. Adamczyk Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward J. Adamczyk of Westlake, Ohio, who passed away on November 3, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Kay (late Dan Flament); his parents, Dorothy Adamczyk and Edward Adamczyk; and his sister Beverly. He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Katy), Michael (Lauren) and Dr. Michelle Adamczyk (Joel Levis); his granddaughter Sophie Grace; his siblings, Mary Lee Hodous (Dale), Laura Davison (Terry), Charles (Charmaine) and Carol Schmelzer (Scott); his sister-in-law Anne Marie Pecon (Jeffrey); his siblings, Chuck, Laurie and Carrie; and his daughter Linda.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Homes (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of St. Clarence (30106 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070).
