He was predeceased by: his brother Michael; and his parents, Joseph Palermo and Violet Palermo. He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou; his children, Deanna Palermo (Ike Karipides) and Joseph Palermo; his grandchildren, Thea and Sid; his son Joe; and his close friend Don Kuehn.
