She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Derthick and Helen Derthick. She is survived by: her husband William P. "Bill" Guzay; her daughter Janet L. Wise (Richard J.); and her sisters, Susan Olenik (James), Jane Rudder (Tony) and Diane Jarrell.
