She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smolic and Molly Smolic; her sister JoAnn; and her brother-in-law Milton Martin. She is survived by: her husband Jerry; her daughters, Sandi Seidl (Chris), Carrie Borisa (Joe) and Joli Jurcak; her grandchildren, Amanda Seidl, Natalie Dahlstrom (Peter), Sean Seidl and Amelia Borisa; and her brothers, Joseph Smolic (Carol) and Allen Smolic (Elaine).

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
