He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Joseph, Patricia Garlock, John and Peggy Lafferty; his brother-in-law Eric Moore; and his godfather Tim Garlock.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel and Sean; the mother of his children Jill; his parents, John and Katie; his siblings, Angela Moore and Joseph (Crystal Schauf); and his pet Cash.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McGorray-Hanna Funeral Home of Westlake (25620 Center Ridge Rd, Westlake, OH 44145). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, July 3rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernadette Church (2256 Clague Rd, Westlake, OH 44145).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to the general scholarship funds at St. Joseph Academy or St. Edward High School.
