He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Marie Pentek; and his parents, Michael Pentek and Cecelia Pentek. He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Wisniewski (Brian); and his grandchildren, Addison Wisniewski and Sabrina Wisniewski.
