She is survived by: her son Christopher Hofmann (Regan) of Lakewood; her brothers, Doug Charboneau (Bambi) of Columbia Station, Lee Charboneau (Tami) of Elyria, Eric Charboneau (Katy) of Berea and Christopher Charboneau (Amy) of Atlanta, GA; her stepmother Carol Ann Charboneau of Elyria; and her stepbrother Scott Waligora (Mia) of New Bern. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
