With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Patricia A. Leonard of Westlake, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Patricia left this world on July 24, 2025 at the age of 95, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas M. Leonard Jr.; and her parents, Sylvester R. Cotter and Julia M. Chambers. She is survived by: her children, Marty, Tom, Bill (Cindy Marek), Joanne, Patrick and Mary (Strathern); and her pet Wini. She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Christopher Catholic Church (20141 Detroit Rd, Rocky River, OH 44116). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
