He is survived by: his wife Dorinda; his children, Margie (Mark Robbins) of Los Angeles, CA, Curtis of Miami Beach, FL, Linda Smyth of Arvada, CO and Rick (Kathy) of Edenton, NC.; his grandchildren, Jenna (Wilson Helman), Karinne of Los Angeles, CA, Jeff (Jill) of Sewickley, PA and David (Cassidy Baldwin) of New York City, NY.; his great grandchildren, Lucy, John and Andy of Sewickley, PA.; his sister-in-law Suzanne Downs (Mike) of Plainfield, IN; and his sibling's children, Jay Smith (Cathy) of Vincennes, IN and Sheila Haag (Jeff) of Talladega, AL.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the John Knox Presbyterian Church (25200 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Dick's name to the American Macular Degeneration Foundation, PO Box 515, Northampton, MA 01061-0515 or the Friendship Animal Protective League, 8303 Murray Ridge Road, Elyria, OH 44035.
