She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Jacoby and Katie Jacoby. She is survived by: her brother Howard Jacoby (Diane); and her sibling's children, Nathan Jacoby and Erin Brock.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Salem Cemetery (1461 N Ridge Rd, Lorain, OH 44055).
