He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayle Dean and Mary Petrick; and his brother Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy"; his children, Douglas (Hannah Nicholson) and Gayle; and his sister Margaret "Peg" Pennington.
