He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barko II and Anna Barko; and his brothers, John Barko III and James Barko. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann; his children, Maryanne Barko of Westlake, OH, Thomas W. Barko (Diana) of Medina, OH and Rebecca Barko (Jeff) of Hamden, CT; and his grandchildren, Kent, Mitchell and Eloise. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
