She was predeceased by: her grandparents, John Culver, Sr. and Colleen Elizabeth Rafalowski; and her uncle Michael Lee Rafalowski. She is survived by: her parents, Terry, Jr. Rafalowski and Thea Marie Rafalowski (Culver); her siblings, Brennan Rafalowski, Kierra Rafalowski, Kylie Rafalowski and Benzleigh Rafalowski; her aunts and uncles, Janet Twinam, Tracie Carver, Holley, Steven Weiss, John Culver, Jr. and Jonathan Culver; and her cousins, Ashley Carver and Branson Carver. She is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Harrison-Pyles Funral Home (11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
