He was predeceased by: his parents, Granville Fields and Evelyn Fields (Morris); his grandson JP Rewakowsky; and his brothers, Larry Fields and Danny Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Lois Walburn Fields; his children, Kristi Howard (Jeff Bowles), Beth Combow and Laurie Blair (Rob Baker); his grandchildren, Brent Martin, Mackenzie Beardall (Matt), Noah Combow (Mattie), Madison Carver, Hannah Baker, Eli Baker and Ava Baker; his great grandchildren, Kaden Kelly and Banks Beardall; his siblings, Edith Clagg, Alfred David Stewart, Rita Loschiavo, Gary Fields and Anita Hopper; and his cousin Bill Fields.
