He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Lewis and Betty Lewis; and his wife Lynne. He is survived by: his daughters, Cheryl Giles (Chuck) and Michelle Teeters (Brad); and his cousins, Debbie Holt, Kent Holt and Terry Holloway. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
