It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Smith of Wheelersburg, Ohio, who passed away on April 28, 2026, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Watt Leonard Roe Sr. and Lena Scotland Roe (Rose); her husband Oscar Smith; her brother Watt Leonard Roe Jr.; her sister-in-law Billie Roe; her niece Cheryl Diane Lemon; and her nephew Robert Roe.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Larry Roe, Richard Roe (Lisa), Jeffrey Roe (Carol) and Kelley Smith (Donnie).
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to SOMC Hospice in Donna's memory.
