He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Walton and Lucille Wetzel Walton; his daughter Deidra Willis; and his brothers, Dan and Bob Walton.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi Jean Spearry Walton; his children, John M. Bloomfield (Suzi) of Chillicothe, Karen Lieberman (Ronnie) of West Jefferson, NC and Lucy Betts of Wellston; and his sister Jayne Arthur of Wellston.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ralph F. Scott Funeral Home, Inc. (1422 Lincoln St, Portsmouth, OH 45662). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
