She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Evans and Leona Evans; her husband James Bennett (Art); her sons, James Jr. of North Carolina and Brian of Cincinnati; her daughter-in-law Nori Bennett of North Carolina; and her siblings, Maxine Burton, Marilyn Throckmorton, Rosalee Chochard, Fred Evans, Ronald Evans and Donald Evans.

She is survived by: her children, Roy Bennett (Ruth) of Wheelersburg, Carol Baker (Gary) of Lucasville and Diane Boyer (Tim) of London; her grandchildren, James Landers, Brooke Bennett, Amy Frazier, Aaron Bennett, Rebecca Surges, Brian Bennett, Jr., Christina Ackerson, Matthew Baker, Ricky Boyer and Kelsi Tabler; her siblings, Phyllis Wills, Carl Evans and Jenny Piatt; her extended family, Carol Wheeler (Buryl), Sandy Sheets (Donnie) and Patti Kelley (Don); Debbie Bennett of Cincinnati. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.

A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at the Harrison Pyles Funeral Home (11623 Gallia Pike, Wheelersburg, OH 45694).
