He was predeceased by: his parents, Karl Cunningham and Melva Cunningham (Akers); and his grandparents, Monroe, Elizabeth Cunningham, Charlie and Sylvia Akers.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Cunningham (Oppy); his sons, James Floyd (April), Tyler Cunningham (Kati), Zach Cunningham, Cole Cunningham (Alex) and Riley Cunningham; his daughter-in-law Beth Cunningham; his grandchildren, Aly, Reagan, Kaylynn Floyd, Charlotte and Clara Beth Cunningham; his sister Dawn Cunningham; his nephew Ethan Cunningham (Angel); his niece Karleigh Owens; his aunt Sandy Cline; and his niece Laela Howell.
