He is survived by: his wife Cathy Riffe Skiver; his sons, Chris Skiver (Amanda), Nathan Skiver (Jennifer) and Jeremy Skiver (Tabitha); his brothers, Jerry Skiver and Tab Estep (Monica); and his grandchildren, MacKenzie, Hannah, Sydney, Allison, Dylan, Aubrey, Avery and Aiden. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
