He is survived by: his wife Nancy Conkel; his son Jeff Oliver (Andrea); his grandchildren, Ryan Oliver, Maddison Oliver and Adam Oliver; his siblings, Richard Leive (Angie) and Lisa Rhodes (Neil); his niece Morgan Frost (Devin); his nephew Brady Rhodes; and his close friend Justice.
