She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Adkins and Grace Maddix Adkins; her great grandchild T. J. Caudill; and her sisters, Lee Lewis and Diane Lewis.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel Adkins; her son Michael Adkins (Ronda); her grandchildren, Grace Caudill (Michael) and Michael Adkins; her great grandchildren, Owen Adkins, Paisley Adkins and Hudson Adkins; and her granddaughter-in-law Jozie Craft.
