She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Ludolph and Wilma Mae Henthorn Ludolph; her former husband Ronald Miller; her brother Carl Ludolph Jr.; her stepson Lorren Miller; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Ludolph, Joyce Ludolph and Patty Ludolph.
She is survived by: her fiancé Mike Polk of Whipple, Ohio; and her siblings, Pam Sparkman (Paul) of Woodsfield, Ohio, Robert Ludolph of Wadsworth and Randall Ludolph of Sardis, Ohio. She is also survived by several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Watters Funeral Home (37501 OH-78, Woodsfield, OH 43793). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
