We are sad to announce that on June 26, 2025, at the age of 81, Sandy Catherine Forshey (Whipple, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Sandy Catherine departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Sandy Catherine may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Sandy Catherine leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Reynolds (Margaret O) and Brien Reynolds. She is survived by: her husband Dave Forshey; her son Dan Forshey; and her granddaughters, Katelyn, Emily and Charlotte Forshey.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Twin Rivers Baptist Church (110 D A V Rd, Whipple, OH 45788). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Salem Township Cemetery (OH-821, Lower Salem, OH).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Twin Rivers Baptist Church Children's Sunday School, 110 DAV Road, Whipple, OH 45788, in Sandy's memory.
