She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Leitch and Myrtle Leitch (Young); her husband John Reid; her sons, Danny and John Reid; her grandson Joel Szalkowski; her sister Eveline Waters; and her niece Carla Sywak.
She is survived by: her daughter Chris Sinkey (Richard); her sister Nancy Harnischfeger; her grandchildren, Ross Reid (Jessica), Jerry Reid (Lidia), Erik Szalkowski and Bisan Ashab; her great grandchildren, Drake Szalkowski, Henry Reid and George Reid; and her nieces and nephews, Lori Waters, Sara Hoyle, Scott Waters and Ron Reid.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614). A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for memorial contributions to Residential Hospice or the Memory Care Unit at Browning Masonic Pathways in honor of June.
